Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 01 April 2024

This Cancellation Policy governs all transactions made through Razorpay for Bowring Institute. Members and guests are requested to carefully read and understand the following terms before making any payments or reservations.

1. Credit Repayment (Dues Payment)

- Payments made towards dues/credit repayment for facilities, services, or any outstanding charges are strictly non-refundable.

- Once a payment is successfully processed through Razorpay, no cancellation or refund request will be accepted under this category.

2. Guest House Room Bookings

Room booking cancellations are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Cancellation Charges

- Within 0 to 12 hours of check-in: 100% cancellation charges (no refund).

- Within 12 to 72 hours of check-in: 50% cancellation charges.

- Within 72 to 168 hours of check-in: 20% cancellation charges.

- More than 168 hours (7 days) before check-in: 10% cancellation charges.

Additional Conditions

- No cancellation is permitted after check-in.

- The Hon. Secretary reserves the right to cancel any booking in case of emergency or administrative requirements by giving 24 hours’ notice to the concerned member. In such cases, the member will be entitled to a full refund of the booking amount paid.
